Job Description

• Be part of the NPD team and ensure On time in full delivery of all procurement-related KPIs.
• Develop new suppliers and ingredients as per the business needs.
• Developing source plan for the categories which are aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Construct & use budgets to manage & monitor spending for the category.
• Drive and deliver margin improvement / Cost saving initiative in line with department/business targets.
• Identify opportunities in order to achieve a model of total-cost control, and cost containment targets and add value to the area of expenditure through a total cost orientation.
• Identify, implement & continuously improve systems & processes in order to deliver greater effectiveness of service for the company.
• Adhere to Procurement processes and actively make use of bidding to leverage category.
• Manage relationships and ways of working with key suppliers in order to align understanding & commitment with business expectations.
• Conduct supplier review meetings to ensure continuous improvement in supplier performance.
• Demonstrate & perform in accordance with sound business ethics, purchasing & supply standards, policies.
• Support in developing the innovation capability of the suppliers so as to drive business growth through Supplier Led Innovation.
