Job Description

• Lead the strategic plan, target setting process (working in close co-ordination with various functions), and company’s KPI establishments in alignment with company vision, reporting on a periodic basis the achievement against the plan to the shareholders, participating in key strategic projects and preparing competitive analysis and trends.
• Lead strategic review and act as a source of new ideas for generating business growth and/or fostering company’s efficiency.
• Lead the design, preparation and consolidation of key financial outputs Financial monthly reporting, Financial and Strategic Plan, Budget and Forecasts, Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, Target assessment.
• Coordinate and manage the financial inputs and outputs from all key stakeholders such as Accounting and Actuarial teams, Marketing, Distribution, IT, HR and Operations.

Other Requirements Include

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Actuarial Sciences.
• Min. 10 years working experience in Insurance and consulting.
• Solid knowledge and strong competency of General insurance business, Finance, Accounting, and project management.
• Worked at big 4
